Week one · the behavioral audit
For the first week Sentinel records every action your agent takes while it runs, without getting in the way. We turn that into a behavior report built from real activity: every tool it called, every file it read, every MCP call, the targets it touched most, and anything that broke the agent's own pattern. Most teams have never seen this. From the same activity we propose a starting policy, so you are not configuring from a blank file. Visibility first. You cannot govern what you cannot see.
Weeks two to eight · enforcement
Sentinel switches on. Every action is checked before it runs and again after it completes, across all four defense layers: role boundary, intent alignment, behavioral baseline deviation, and prevention before execution. We run a live walkthrough against a staged version of your setup so you watch it catch real behavior in real time: a credential read, an off-task command, an agent trying to disable its own controls. Demo over deck. You see it work on your agents, not ours.

Recent hardening, on the record: nine of twelve shell obfuscation attempts blocked, zero of eight attempts to kill Sentinel succeeded, quarantine held, live network egress blocked.

The evidence you keep

Every enforcement decision lands in an append-only, tamper-evident audit log. It is the record your security and compliance stakeholders actually want, and it holds up under a reference check. For regulated workloads it is the difference between trusting a vendor and holding proof.

How it converts

Run the pilot for eight weeks at full enforcement. During it, a signed letter of intent fixes your production rate, and the number does not move after. At the end, if Sentinel earned it, the pilot converts to production at that locked rate. The open source build stays free for anyone, with or without a paid plan. Start with one agent this month.
